The ballistic separator automatically sorts paper, film, bottles, cans, and organic matter from the mixed waste. Separation occurs by supplying material to the working surface of the platform with a certain number of perforated screens, where the inclination of the platform and vibrations when moving the blades provide sorting of the incoming material.

The air separator separates the material into light and heavy fractions. Sorted material is loaded into the separator from the conveyor belt. The fan creates a stream of air into which the sorted material enters. The heavy fraction falls onto the conveyor belt. The light is pulled into the expansion chamber of the drum separator and falls onto another discharge tape. Excess air is blown out of ...

The purpose of air separators is the separation of fractions of different densities (heavy and light materials). Different types of separators are used depending on the materials being sorted or performance requirements.

The innovative design and cyclone-like principle of operation ensures the sorting of dissimilar material into separate fractions.

In the new operating mode, the vacuum separator sorts materials with a large surface area and makes operator intervention unnecessary.
